The SJEC Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center is an institutional initiative aimed at promoting technology innovations and entrepreneurial spirit among its students and faculty.
The center provides an ecosystem that is aimed at creating and sustaining Startups that can generate employment and boost the regional and national economy. The center involves in creating awareness, generation of ideas, IPR support, entrepreneurship activities, and incubation of Startups.
Message
Current discourse on Indian economy lays special emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship for economic growth and progress. The continued campaigns launched by the GOI on Innovation and Startups are an indicator of this focus. SJEC is committed to join this movement and strive at promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup culture among its students, faculty, and neighbouring region. The Center is equipped with the necessary infrastructure and prototyping facilities to support the ideation to incubation workflow. The faculty are open for consultation and collaborations. The SJEC Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center is a policy driven association that takes invites students, faculty, alumni, and renowned innovators, investors and entrepreneurs to be a part of this ecosystem. The center will keep its door open for all persons with an entrepreneurial intent.
